Waiver Statement:

I hereby release Artspace, Inc., its employees, volunteers, and board members from any and all liability, cost or expense associated with an injury I / my child may sustain while participating in the Artspace Education Program.

Our communications team takes photos and videos during Summer Art Camps for use on social media and promotional materials. I hereby allow photos to be taken of me / my child for use on Artspace publicity materials and website. 

We understand that not all parents/guardians are comfortable with their child being photographed. If you DO NOT want us to photograph or take videos of your child you may opt out by sending an email to our Education Manager Danny Peña at dpena@artspacenc.org . Your email should include your child’s name and class.
